This morning I ordered a cold coffee at this restaurant, but when I returned to ask for a hot coffee, I was told that it would take some time to brew. The person working there then proceeded to steam the coffee with a cappuccino steamer, which made it undrinkable. I have never heard of a coffee shop not being able to provide hot coffee. It is a very nice place, according to a sign outside rated as one of the top 50 sandwich shops across America. Breakfast and coffee were also very good. What I just do not understand and this applies for most of the cafes in the US is that there are only single use cups with plastic lids and plastic cutlery. Why?????
