Shaking It Up Nutrition

Whenever I'm in the North Kingstown area, I have to stop in to Shaking It Up Nutrition! The staff are seriously so friendly and helpful and give the best recommendations. The Lit teas (I've had the Captain America and Watermelon Jolly Rancher) are really tasty and give you that boost of caffeine with all the other vitamins and nutrients. All of the shakes I've had are amazing, too. My favorite shake is the Lemon Bar. It's a fast and healthy place to try and I highly recommend it here.

Amazingly delicious protein shakes, and over a 100 different flavors. The baristas are very nice and informative.

Staff is incredibly nice but that 's where it stops. $9 for a smoothie $11 if you want to add protein) and it 's all chemicals/powders, no whole foods whatsoever. They also didn 't have the nutritional information available when I asked for it which in my mind would be table stakes for a milkshake store.Just know what you 're getting into. You 're better off getting sushi next door and a milkshake from Newport Creamery if you 're concerned with macros.They also took my email/phone number to make an account to remember my order but I 'm suddenly getting Herbalife emails out of nowhere. No proof but I suspect it 's related.

The shakes are amazing!!! The atmosphere is so warm welcoming! Great place to just chill out.
