The bulgogi bibimbap was on the wet side, likely because the rice wasn't drained properly, and it was quite bland. It was also served cold, but I was fortunate to have ordered the stone pot, which helped heat it up after mixing. The chicken gyoza was just average. On the plus side, the presentation and service were good.

A few minutes later, another party of two came in, and after waiting t... read more When we arrived at Bapsang, we were promptly seated but didn’t receive a menu right away. A few minutes later, another party of two came in, and after waiting ten minutes, they were given menus before us. Even after finally getting our menus, we had to wait for a server to take our order—only to see the later guests being served first. When our order was placed, we waited 20 to 30 minutes before receiving a dish we never ordered. That’s when they realized they had completely forgotten to process our order. Although they apologized, by that time the other diners who arrived after us were nearly finished with their meals, while we hadn’t even gotten our appetizer. After an additional 10 to 15 minutes, our food arrived. I have to say, the food itself was excellent; every dish, from starters to main courses, was delicious with no complaints about flavor or quality. I finished my meal, but my friend still had about half of hers left. When the bill came, the server didn’t check if we were done, despite my friend’s plate being mostly full. We wanted dessert but had to wait for the server to come back before we could order. In short, the food at Bapsang is fantastic, but the service left much to be desired. It often felt like we were overlooked and forgotten during our entire visit.
