Oasis Pizza Kebab - North Kesteven

I tried this restaurant for the first time after receiving a flyer at my door. I ordered online, which was easy and convenient. The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and it was great value for the price. I will definitely be ordering from here again.

I would recommend ordering with caution from this restaurant as their selection is limited. The food quality has always been good, with decent portion sizes. However, the service has been inconsistent in the past. The lack of communication from the takeaway regarding late deliveries is frustrating. When trying to contact them through their website's live chat, we only received generic responses directing us to call Oasis. After waiting for over an hour for our order, we finally called and were informed that they did not have our order. The lack of customer service and declining service standards have led us to stop using Little Italy in Sleaford. It was disappointing to experience such poor communication and service. We were ultimately told to contact their website and were spoken to rudely. We will not be using this restaurant again and recommend others to avoid it as well.

I ordered food from a place called Direct Pizza for takeout, hoping for a delicious meal. Unfortunately, my order was never ready and the staff were rude when I inquired about it.

Enjoy eating, but this is now the third time that we have ordered from them and have received texts to say that eating will be mins late until they have sent tonight to make it mins late. the total time that waits until then is hours. I expect in short another text to tell me that they will be a few more minutes. it's not fast at almost hours.

Called in for a couple of pizzas. A little pricey and I have had better pizzas from other establishments. Very greasy and both has raw dough in them. Don’t think I will be going back in a hurry.
