Tired of going to a store that only values the drive-thru customer. I sat and waited for five minutes while five employees sat at the drive-thru window not one acknowledging me. Pathetic CUSTOMER SERVICE, even from the store manager!!! Absolutely ridiculous, non-existent reasons were given to me today for warming up their own coffee in their own cup WITHOUT ME TOUCHING THE CUP a bit extra in the microwave, which makes me LAUGHING (thanks anyway) Give me a legitimate reason I do not mind at all!! Worst guest experience EVER from this location! Go twice a day no problem for the past 8 years and wow! Just wow! Lady who worked the thurday may 9th 2024 shift at the drive though better check herself! Lived here since 2007 and have watched this location go downhill. Can’t order a sandwich without getting parked out front waiting. Entire restaurant is empty. Sunday afternoon..
