We asked to come in late(8:15pm) as a group of five with no prior booking. It was raining and we were trying craft beers next door at T-bone (also recommend) and weren't too keen on the place we originally booked and also walking in the...cold/rain didn't seem favourable. Having read some of the previous reviews I have come to the conclusion that our visit was on an off night for the restaurant. We had booked a table and it was busy when we arrived at 7pm with a number of people already at large tables. We have booked amici last minute Once we arrived, the service was fantastic. our food was incredible, we ordered pizzas for entree and then pastas for pornstar. very impressive our next trip back to tassie we will definitely come back for more.
Fantastic.. Always great friendly service and the pizza and pasta is spot on.
Poor last minute choice.. Looking for somewhere to grab a meal while venturing through North Hobart, Amici caught our attention. Overpriced, flavourless food and poor service from a rude waiter made our group consensus to look for somewhere else and abandon the majority of our main and desert... Will never return.
Came here to the 14th birthday of our daughter and could not have found a perfect place. the staff was wonderful, the atmosphere was great and the meals were perfect. thank you, amici, we wouldn't have asked for more.
On holiday from Victoria. Genuine Italian cuisine, high quality, generous servings and reasonable prices. We were impressed the first night so returned the following evening.
