What Exessex doesn't like about The Three Magnets:
Nothing about this place is endearing besides the prices. Locals are obnoxious and strange. Toilets are filthy and the locks on the doors aren’t right. Bar queuing system doesn’t work, so you can stand there, even when not busy, for 5 minutes. It’s really not a pleasant experience View all feedback. What User likes about The Three Magnets:
Nice little pub in the centre of the town. It like many of the Wetherspoon pubs is an old converted shop and there are various photos of it in it's past life. There's parking close by but prices vary from free on street, if you can find a space to expensive (compared to other local towns) in the town hall car park. Great range of beers and various local historical stories and pictures, including the eccentric squire.... View all feedback.

read moreLetchworth's Wetherspoons presents a mixed bag of experiences, with patrons divided on its charm and quality. While some appreciate its low prices and friendly staff, many criticize the dismal state of cleanliness, uninspired decor, and limited menu options. Reports of unavailability of key dishes like fish and chips, along with a poorly managed bar service, exacerbate frustration. Despite occasional highlights, such as historical decor and positive interactions with locals, the overall ambiance leaves much to be desired. Ultimately, for those seeking a charming dining experience, this establishment may not meet expectations.
