We just spent a fabulous week at the Red Lion Inn in Breachwood Green, a small village near Luton Airport but definitely in the countryside. A great place with gently rolling hills and narrow country lanes, great for bicycles. What Ronald Mobbs doesn't like about The Red Lion:
Welcoming staff, a decent range of ales. A good menu, but not too many veggi options for people like me. The small downside was the kitchen closed at 2.30 and we could not have puddings. Otherwise, a nice country pub. View all feedback.
Cosy pub with a lovely comfortable beer garden. The beer wasn't bad either. Offers CAMRA discount.
Red Lion in Brearton Green... lovely quaint village pub. Good food very friendly service. Highly recommend. Very reasonable prices. Had sunday lunch after a nearby walk. 2 Roast dinners, 2 puds a pint of Guiness (always recommended after a long walk... a pint of the black stuff.... Good source of iron).
Lovely atmosphere, great service from Sam! The food was delicious and came very fast. Will definitely return, we highly recommend!
Really nice cozy pub with friendly staff and welcoming regulars. Drinks are a good price too
