Visited for a family meal of 8 for Sunday roast. Every dish was luke warm or cold. Still waiting for the horse radish to arrive. Good selection of drinks but flat lemonades. Very friendly staff but slow service. View all feedback.
We had food and drink here today as a family. The food was fantastic, the staff were all very friendly, and the pub is a lovely traditional pub with a family atmosphere.
Great Sunday lunch.. Good food and happy place. Great value. Team are realy good. We have been 3 times this month with different groups..

We returned for Sunday roast and this visit was even better than the last. Lovely home-cooked traditional roast and generous servings with all the trimmings (gluten free also catered for)Highly recommend the rack of lamb. We’ll be back!
A lovely welcome and good, home cooked food. Refreshing to be served in a pub that’s not like all the others in Hitchin tbh. Will be back x
