Costa Coffee - North Hertfordshire

Fabulous stop off, staff are friendly and fun people, they all know me by name and exactly what I'm going to order drink wise. Little wonder that this place is always busy .......... love going in there.

Great and welcoming staff coffee just the best around. Visit there 2 3 times a week, now members of serving staff know our order and prepare it without us even asking.

Had a coffee and pastry here the other day, the coffee is good but the pastries were a bit stale. The service is friendly and there is plenty of seating inside and out. Located in the high street.

This is a lovely little Coffee shop in the High Street, in days gone by it was a Toy shop, some somewhat of a transformation.I use this at least twice a week for my early morning Coffee, I first go to a local Bakery to get my Chocolate covered Doughnuts, then walk the few yards to Costa Coffee. Being semi-regular the staff all know me and it's great as I usually don't have to ask for the two drinks (Latte with sprinkles Black Americano) I have. I'm always greeted with a smile and served in the usual efficient manner. Always a pleasure to see the Team Members consisting of Suzy, Laura, Sophie, Natalie, Chloe, Zac and Ben. Went here at 4.30 p.m. on a Saturday. Only a few customers were there. The assistant was abrupt, the tables were sticky and many still had the cups, plates, etc from the last customers. A place to avoid if you want a decent snack in a clean environment.
