I consistently order the same coffee at this restaurant. One time, the person working there didn't hear me when I said I wanted non-dairy milk, but the girl who recognized me asked if I wanted soy milk instead. It's always a pleasant experience here. The service is top-notch and all the staff members are very polite. I really appreciate their attention to detail. View all feedback.

Too she’s to find a driver notified when found but just left wandering when a driver would be allocated. Drinks recieved were unknown cappachino was good the other thing has no description of what sort of size it was or anything turned up and was tiny bit what I was expecting at all should specify and does not, not happy at all about it View all feedback.
Hitchin costa is nice but could do with some comfortable chairs. love the new cortado, I think I am addicted to them
Very good service. the personal was quickly too clear tables. clean toilet.
Whenever I go after hitchin and if I'm not too busy, I want to immerse in costa for a flat white and sometimes a bake. they still make best flat white I asked for extra hot and frothy it was. even if very busy employees were always polite, I can't mistake the customer service so thank you for seeing them soon
The most friendly staff who always put a smile on my face in the morning, coffee is always brilliant quality and the baked cakes are fab! a great thank you to all staff for their amazing customer service even during their busy periods, as my orders are always ready in a flash and are served with a smile: the team deserves more praise than they get from these reviews!
