Never been to this costa before, quick service with friendly staff. Loads of seating. All the tables seemed clean, lots of spare seating, opted for a very comfy sofa by the window. Great coffees and some lovely cake made for a great visit. View all feedback.
What StringWest doesn't like about Costa:
The staff at the restaurant were very friendly, the drinks were good, but the food was a bit lacking in portion size for the price. We ended up spending just under £20 for two drinks and two pre-made food items, which was a bit disappointing. My heart sank. View all feedback.
I have never been to such a slow Costa. It took them 15 minutes to serve 2 people in the queue. No urgency and not even good customer service excusing the slow service.
This restaurant is extremely dirty and the tables are seldom cleaned. It appears chaotic, with overwhelmed staff who seem unhappy to be there. The coffee and food are just average. I recommend avoiding this place.

Met some friends yesterday for lunch here..Very busy and obviously very popular..Highly efficient staff,very friendly and helpful..Long queue when we got there that went very quickly as staff were very organised..well done to all working there yesterday..
Excellent for a short break, staff friendly and the coffee very good. Parking easy and conveniently close.
