Second time visit today but the first since it opened over two years ago (I'm not local). I had a Spanish omelette with salad and a few fries and it was delicious and a huge portion, I will definitely try the special next time as I saw that being served up after I ordered and it looked great. The staff are friendly and the coffee is great and cheaper than the town centre that's for sure. Will undoubtedly be back as l... View all feedback.
What Colette Mallet doesn't like about Cafe Valeriya:
I did not go to the caffe, as it was closed from the last year, I usually go to the close convenience store to buy some quick food, the owner's wife pam is very friendly and always helpful, regarding the caffe, I wish it was again open as the only other possibility in the vicinity of my office is an inconceivable brew that cannot be referred to as a coffee. so my 5 stars here, reopen soon! Excellent cafe, really can't fault the place. I always go here whenever I'm in Hitchin.
Great atmosphere lovely foods and service . Highly recommend cafe Valeriya to everyone.
Went here for breakfast and it was lovely! Got a coffee with the set breakfast as standard. Beautifully cooked and very filling. The outside of this place might not look amazing but the inside is better. Nice little find, will defo return.
This is my favourite cafe in Hitchin. Great food, fairly priced and lovely atmosphere. It closes at 2.30pm which is only downer but still deserves 5 stars. The Spanish omelette is delicious.
Lovely cafe. Food is good and plentiful. David, the owner is very pleasant and obliging. It is a shame that it's only takeaway at moment because of covid, the takeaway packaging is very good and knife and fork are provided.
