I noticed the cashier,... read more I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The overall cleanliness was quite lacking, and the customer service was subpar. I noticed the cashier, whose name was Tyrone according to my receipt, handling the register while pulling up his pants and texting on his phone. To my shock, he then went to the back without washing his hands or putting on gloves, grabbed some chicken nuggets and strips from a bag, and dumped them into a basket. It’s frustrating to see employees behaving as if they’re at home rather than in a workplace. Tyrone seemed more focused on being the "cool" guy among the female staff rather than doing his job properly. I won't even delve into the performance of the female employees, as they were just as disappointing. It's no wonder that questionable characters often hang around this establishment. If management wants to improve the restaurant's reputation, they should hire people who take their jobs seriously, even if it isn't their dream position, and who are willing to use it as a stepping stone to do better. We are paying too much money these days for such poor service.

I decided to try the special sandwich, the Fleischberg, and it was amazing and huge. The curly fries were hot and delicious. The prices for the food were also very reasonable.
