Contribute FeedbackI ordered a combination platter. The food is never the issue with this restaurant. It is always a service issue. I made my order online and paid for it online. Upon completing my order, I realized that I could not find a place on the ordering site where I could add a can of soda to my order. So I thought that once I arrived, I could purchase a can of soda. I tried to explain to the clerk that there was no option to add a can of soda online she was very short with me) and she basically says well you ordered online please sign here She shoved a piece of paper toward me). I said ma’am, I would like to purchase a can of She says well the minimum card purchase is $12. I said, but I just want a can of soda. She replied if I was not making another purchase of $12 or over that she could not sell me a can of soda. So I just took my food and left. I do understand that the policies are the policies however, I was not able to add the can of soda to my order online when I made the purchase so I thought that I would have been accommodated once I was in the store. I will not be patronizing this business any longer. Apparently, there is always some sort of attitude On the part of the female worker. I have been patronizing this business for over four years now and it’s always something. God forbid should I be sold a can of soda? I literally had to drive up the street to the 7-Eleven.
Food was really good, not greasy and didn't mess up anyone stomachs, the man who did my check out was very friendly. Will definitely be returning.
