Pizza Hut Bell Post Hill

Staff can be abrupt, pizza is ok but a long shot from The Pizza Hut we grew up with. Toppings are minimal but tasty.

Management very rude to is staff, felt embarrassed for them

The service was incredibly poor. They never delivered my food and didn’t even bother to call and inform me about it. The next day, I went back in person since they wouldn't answer my calls for a refund or provide any updates after waiting for three hours. They refused to issue a refund and denied any form of compensation as well.

Regarding vegetarian options, they were also of very low quality. For context, I dined in for dinner and found both the food and service lacking, giving them a score of 1 out of 5. The atmosphere was equally uninspiring, also deserving a 1. If you're considering specific dishes, I would recommend steering clear of the Pizza Hut pizzas, Margherita pizza, and Veggie Sensation vegetarian pizza. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant. Price per person: A$20–40.

I just received my pizza, and usually, when I order a personal size, it tends to be quite small. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the box. The service was fantastic, too!
