We stopped in after a movie. The place was clean. They were moderately busy, yet each order was handled as if prepared for family. The young men on duty took pleasure in their preparation and presentation of the made to order icecream cups. It was a memorable pleasure for all of us! View all feedback.
What HAUNEBU doesn't like about Cold Stone Creamery:
Ice cream is good But the costumer service isn?t cold stone par! The franchisers act like the don?t want you there! I asked ? so how?s business?? And they looked down and softly said goowd! Very uncomfortable environment for a neighborhood ice cream shop!????????. No singing or anything cheery! Like all COLD STONES DO! View all feedback.
We ordered food online for delivery, and when it arrived, everything was spilled and a complete mess! I contacted the manager, but he said there was nothing he could do. I spent over $30 and waited 91 minutes for the food. I won't be ordering from this establishment again!
The staff were friendly and welcoming, and they suggested a delicious smoothie that I really enjoyed.
We stopped by the restaurant after watching a movie. The place was tidy, and despite being moderately busy, each order was handled thoughtfully, as if they were cooking for their own family. The young staff members took great pride in making and presenting the made-to-order ice cream cups. All in all, it was a wonderful experience for our group!
I absolutely love Cold Stone, and I'm so excited to finally have one close to home. This location is outstanding! The staff is consistently quick, which makes it effortless for me to get my favorite order of cake batter ice cream with Reese's cups, Butterfinger, and graham cracker crust every time. It's always a smooth experience!
The ice cream at this shop is fantastic; however, the customer service falls short of the typical Cold Stone experience. The staff appeared unenthusiastic and gave the impression that they didn’t want to be there. When I asked, "How's business?" they merely looked down and mumbled, "Good," creating an awkward atmosphere in what should be a welcoming neighborhood ice cream parlor. There were no songs or cheerful interactions, which are usually some of the highlights at Cold Stone!
