Contribute FeedbackDespite some negative reviews about the service, recent visits to the restaurant have shown improvement. With more attentive and friendly staff, the overall experience was positive, in stark contrast to previous visits. While issues with incorrect orders and rude responses were reported in the past, recent visits have shown promising changes. While some may have had bad experiences, it appears that the restaurant is making efforts to improve and provide better service to its customers.
Last time I visited. I wrote a very damning review, I was tempted back by a good offer. On this occasion all was well, there were more staff, even though the same day of the week, staff were friendly and attentive, a polar difference to my previous visit, maybe they had a bad day.
Order was wrong, was corrected or so I thought, but when i checked reciept I had been charged fir the wrong items too, unfirtunateliy I was at home by this time. I messaged customer services who passed this to grimsby toby, recieved a rude almost illiterate response from local manager. I wont bother again. There are better options for the money locally.
