Frankie was a brilliant server, patient and attentive. Great attention to detail stepping in at the perfect moment to help us get a photo of the whole table and the birthday boy. My eggs Benedict was delicious, usually I don't get enough sauce but this time there was plenty. It was on the luke warm side but I think they did this so we'd all get our food at the same time. What SMarchant doesn't like about Harvester:
Booked online. Table was reserved but was dirty, chicken bones on the floor and crumbs on the table. The place was cold. Orders took 10/15 minutes for drinks which is quite a while when there are 2 children in the group. Food orders took another 15 minutes. Food was about 20 minutes more. Well what can I can say about Hannah ! Absolutely perfect . Harvester ypu are very lucky to have such a incredible member in your team .. Hannah was so kind.. We were having a family meal to celebrate my daughters birthday . Nothing was to much trouble . Hannah you are a star .
I went out with my family for my birthday meal and had Hannah as our server. She was super friendly, and was very accommodating to my nan with alzheimer’s which meant a lot to all of us. There’s no area I could fault Hannah, she was brilliant, and loved my jumper!
Nice meal this evening, like the new menu and glad to see still have the salad bar, table of 4 and food all came in reasonable time, waitress Grace looked after us well and chef Megan did a good job with the food
Awesome, friendly service, the food arrived quickly and was really good quality. Our server Hannah was amazing and helpful. I’d definitely recommend to others and will definitely come back in the future.
