Went here for the first time last night (despite living in killamarsh) for my sisters birthday. The staff were polite and friendly from the minute we walked in the door- nothing was too much trouble. The service was great, the food was lovely and we all had a great time. The only thing I would recommend is an actual children's menu or smaller/cheaper portions for children as I ordered chicken nuggets for my 4 year ol... View all feedback.
What Chloe Grubb doesn't like about Akhtars:
Never has an issue with this Indian . Been one of thes best ones about. But ordered tonight the food was cold when we collect it. The chips was like they had been sat there all night and the curry we had two pieces of chicken rest was onion . Not an happy bunny tonight View all feedback.
First time visiting, highly recommend. The staff were great, very friendly and made you feel welcomed. The portions were amazing, well worth the money. Had to bring some home with us and they gave us extra rice and a free onion bahji. All left with full and happy tummies. Couldn't recommend enough, we will be returning! Didn't feel rushed and it was nice and relaxing. Thank you
This restaurant is absolutely fantastic. The food was delicious and all of the staff were very professional and friendly.
Decent food and price but wouldn't deliver food 2.9 miles away.
Really enjoyed the food here and not too expensive, bit of a wait for the courses but worth it.
