I recently witnessed the absolute cheek of an operations manager/manager called Nicola to an employee, the disgusting behaviour towards said employee was unspeakable. Also I was informed that employees are not “ALLOWED” to wear gloves while packaging meat!! During the height of a pandemic!!! Absolutely appalling behaviour!!!! View all feedback.

Primacy teestube is a beautiful, friendly place, personal always happy and eating is nice big price especially the half dinner. also the meat always great 5 for £16 a great bargain.
Beautiful hotel, staff very friendly with eating great with large portions and cheap. will be back soon

Great shop and helpful staff but I have been very dissappointed with the quality of their beef recently..too young not properly hung etc. Today just gave it a miss from looking at it. A shame. Rest of meat still top class.
