What Dublinsunshin doesn't like about Caffe Nero:
The place is filthy and needs a good clean. Staff are poor , spending more time moaning to each other about other colleagues than actually paying attention to what they are doing. Many other much nice coffee shops in Bangor View all feedback.
Called in Sunday a few weeks back after not having been in since a horrible experience last year. The place is absolutely disgusting, I know it is dog friendly, and I love dogs, Bangor is full of them,but the cleaning and hygiene here is non existence, a dogs kennel would be maintained better. Obviously area or regional mangers never visist, or if they did would notice
I used to always go to Neros, but now I've switched to Costa because Neros has become too low-quality and changed their WiFi nationwide. I couldn't connect to it at any of their stores, so I was constantly using up my data. When I contacted customer service, I was told it was my phone's fault. It seems like they are prioritizing profit over customer satisfaction once again.
They love dogs. The only cafe I've found so far in Bangor who welcome dogs, oh, and the coffee is great. Good on you Cafe Nero.
I enjoy Cafe Nero coffee, but the dirty conditions at this particular location made it not worth it. It's unfortunate because there are limited options in Bangor. The staff is friendly, but they really need to hire a cleaner. The area manager should be ashamed of the state of this cafe.
The wifi is rubbish and apart from a few new members of staff the others are more interested in themselves than customers it's such a pity the staff used to be great!
