What Miriam Uhrig doesn't like about The Royal Oak:
The leek potato soup had grit from the leeks in it and we found out the fries and other ingredients are frozen, which was very obvious in the low quality taste too. Very unfortunate, considering the interior is very cozy and cute. View all feedback.
Great pub, open only in the evening: they have a skittles alley.
Great village pub, brilliant live music and quiz nights. I could only give 3 stars for food as I hadn't pre ordered on the quiz night, so I couldn't even get a bowl of chips as they had ran out, so I'm guessing it deserves a higher rating than I have given it.
Attended the beer festival here. Wow what a night. It was fabulous, staff all cheerful although run off their feet. Lovely atmosphere.
Fab place, lovely staff, lovely owners, lovely guests. A real gem of a place.
Really lovely pub, friendly staff and food was amazing! Thank you for making us feel so welcome.
