Ottoman Kebab - North Dorset

I brought a takeaway and it was disgusting and burned, my partner had a chickenburger who was in the middle cold, I won't get back food from there, I want a full refund.

Many times in the run of the years have chosen me and my wife to order an iskender kebab and two portion chips, much for two people. but at this occasion it was delivered by a chap that wore his mask around his kinen, not good. I took. that eat to the table and left it to my wife to share between us two, just to find my wife who looks at the iskender, and then to me. it looked much smaller than usual. the kebab had no yogurt and on each plate we had a piece of shish, a normal piece of kofta, two pieces huh, a small amount doner and what looked like the half of the usual amount of pitta. I hope the management has read this review and made the right adjustments to the portion size. we will order one at a later time to see if this was only a mistake of a coworker.

It's a long time since I tied a kebab, I went to the ottoman in blandford and ordered a donna kebab, I noticed that there was nothing on the grill and they were potting, probably the meat from the last donna were served. several. people came in after me and ordered and were served before me. they then ran out of precooked meat and put a fresh donna on the grill, it was raw and pink, after just a few minutes on the grill the slices cut some meat, made my kebab and gave it to me, it was still pink and I don't think it was really boiled at all. it was also cold, I ate some pieces, but decided to throw it away. I was sick within hours. They just rushed, but they gave me uncooked food that made me sick.

My family ordered from here to eat regularly, despite my protests. we did this with the phone, just eat app and their own app. from the last 4 times we have used their app and the just eat app, we still need to get the right order. every time we have to say exactly what is missing. the missing items range from missing salad items, missing Pitta breads and sauces to today's fiasko of missing a full kebab. we called again to let them know and we got the usual ' very sorry, we will send it in a short time. absolute shocking service, obviously cannot read from a screen and shut off what is completed. they want a kebab, they like one and cook something they have in the closet. Unfortunately, this is the case with most takeaways in blandford. 15 minutes now and still waiting, absolute scandal. I called them again and told them that this is the fourth time that they are grounded and we wait 15 minutes for the missing regular kebab. they offered me a big kebab and a bottle of drink. I asked that they only supply the food we ordered, nothing extra, because I only want the regular kebab we ordered. he said the driver will bring us soon. 25 minutes since the other one arrived.

Why is if you order over the phone you get a better kebab than you do over just eat app . Over the app you get a measley amout of salad and feel short changed Why is this ????
