I used my McDonald's rewards points to get a large caramel wrap, and the inside of the restaurant was lovely. The cashier was very polite and made the best burrito I've ever had. Usually, the burritos can be a bit off-putting and have crushed ice cubes, but this one was just right—perfectly mixed and not at all sticky on the outside. Overall, a great experience! What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
I went through the propulsion that totally messed up the order. they left an article not the other part of the order right. also after confirmation in the payment window. I live 10 miles away and now have the half of the food I paid for. they just lost a customer! View all feedback.
Here are more details: My experience was simply awful. I placed my order at 2:30 PM and waited for twenty minutes. After 22 minutes, I asked to speak to a manager. A tall African American woman approached me, and she clearly seemed irritated or stressed. The lobby was packed with customers waiting for their orders. I informed the manager of my wait time, and she told me that I could either keep waiting or get a refund. Two customers behind me, equally frustrated with the long wait for simple orders, also chose to take refunds. I decided to wait, having already spent 25 minutes at that point. The manager mentioned that they were understaffed and had just reopened the lobby after COVID. However, as she walked back toward the drive-thru window, I overheard her speaking loudly enough for me to hear her tell the order runner that if the waiting customers didn't like it, they could "get up and leave." I have never encountered such a disrespectful attitude at a McDonald's before. This manager needs to find a different job because her customer service skills are terrible!
I highly recommend avoiding this place during night shift hours. The staff at the drive-thru are quite rude, and when you request made-to-order food, it seems to be a hassle for them. They might say yes, but then hand you cold food as if they expect you not to check it. When you ask for your order to be remade, they act unfriendly. It's important to remember that providing hot food is part of their job. If they’re unhappy with their work or the responsibilities that come with it, they should consider finding a different job. If the roles were reversed, I doubt they would want to receive cold food either, especially after it’s been sitting around. Overall, this has been the worst McDonald's experience I've had in terms of customer service and food quality.
The food is good at times, but they really need to make the Big Mac with a larger burger patty and less lettuce. When you get the sandwich, it feels like there’s more lettuce than burger.
Food alway sitting never fresh, ate there 3 weeks ago and got sick from the apple pies, usually the pie slides right out of the little box but not that time I couldn't even shake it out. Mcdees in colonial heights on the Blvd has got to be the mostdisrespectful mcdees. Most people get fired for bad service but they got few same ppl from 7 plus years ago.
Very clean!! The service was as expected. The coffee and food was extremely fresh though. My special order for my complicated diet was accommodated without any problems. My father and I were pleased with our visit.
