What Wayne Chapman dislikes about Cedars Inn:
Dining at Fawlty Towers was a disappointing experience, worse than school lunch. The bar service was slow, taking over twenty minutes even when the restaurant wasn't busy. Fortunately, the food service was more efficient, with dishes being served promptly. However, the quality of the main course was so poor that I couldn't finish it. Overall, I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution when dining at this... View all feedback.

This is a very cozy venue with spacious rooms and great amenities. The staff is friendly and helpful while maintaining a professional demeanor. The food is delicious and the bar offers a wide selection of drinks. It's best to avoid rooms located above the bar, as the noise can be quite loud. Overall, a great place to stay.

Went on Friday last minute decision so didn't book. It was busy on arrival and after waiting in the restaurant entrance for about minutes and no member of staff in sight we spoke to the barman Oscar who was the only member of staff...to be seen, he was very helpful and went to the kitchen to find someone to seat us. We ordered dinner which was served quite quickly. It was very nice but we did have a problem with the salad that was obviously out of date. Unfortunately there was no check back from the waitress that had served us and she was nowhere to be seen . After our dinner was finished (minus the salad) another waitress came through and asked if everything had been OK we mentioned the issue to her and she was most apologetic although it hadn't been her fault. She served us desert with a smile and was a ray of sunshine . Thank you Caroline you definitely changed our mind and we will return.

Dining at Fawlty Towers offers a mixed bag of experiences. While some patrons have relished the cozy atmosphere and high-quality food, praising the helpful staff and stylish rustic setting, others have encountered significant service delays and issues with meal quality. The swift food service received acknowledgment, yet concerns arose over cleanliness and the attentiveness of the staff. Notably, certain staff members like Caroline and Maddy stood out for their exceptional service, leaving patrons eager to return. Overall, Fawlty Towers presents a charming venue but requires some attention to detail to fully satisfy its guests.
