My wife and I stayed in one of the small cabins July 2 through 4. Was extremely impressed with the staff and facility. There was a miscommunication with our check in date, the file said check in was supposed to be July 1, I thought I was going to be stuck paying for a night I wasn't there. Did a family vacation here and staff and central location were great. We had one of the cabins and it smelled like cigarettes, had dated furniture and old saggy mattresses, and mold on the ceiling.Rooms: 3/5 View all feedback.
We have been staying here for 4 years now, and it has always been lovely. Good location, near-isheverything, the river access is great, pool is great, breakfast was fine, cookies were yum. Over-all, good family place to stay.People are too picky. Youre in NH, just relaaax and enjoy the beautiful mountains ??
Free HOT Breakfast was excellent! Servers Andrew and Abigail were fast, friendly, and courteous. The couples cabin was nice, right along the river.Rooms: 4/5
We went mid October and the hotel was very quiet. Does not serve food in the evening but a 10 mins drive either side of the hotel has plenty of restaurants. Free breakfast of varying quality depending on where it is served depends on how full the hotel is Cookies are baked fresh daily and you can always help yourself to coffee. free wi fi and parking. We had a room at the back overlooking the lake. Friendly staff.
Very nice Inn in North Conway directly on the Saco River. Nice rooms, friendly and helpful staff. We really enjoyed our stay.Rooms: 4/5

The wonderful man Sabby that checked us in waived the fee, we were so impressed with the experience that we'll be back in August with our Family, and booked 2 cabins when we checked out. And the breakfast was outstanding! Thank you for an unforgettable experience, keep up the good work!!!
