Contribute Feedback What Julie C likes about Dunkin':
I stopped by this restaurant today to grab a late breakfast and was pleasantly surprised. The guy at the counter was extremely friendly and even apologized for running out of eggs for one of the sandwiches I ordered (which my son didn't mind). To make up for the inconvenience, one of our drinks was upgraded to a large. The store was clean, the parking lot was tidy, and it had easy access from Highway 259. I will defi... View all feedback.
What Eve doesn't like about Dunkin':
Did a pickup order through the drive thru and I clearly didn't have my complete order, so I asked the worker if it was correct and she said yes. I open the box and see they put three different items together with two of the items not having the double quantity I asked and paid for. I understand fast food is not a fun job but it's still a job and the blatant disregard for any decent customer service reminds me that ho... View all feedback.
The coffee varies greatly in quality; some days it's quite good, while other days it's so unpleasant that I can't finish it. I also frequently find hair in my food, which is disappointing. Additionally, the woman at the drive-thru window consistently has a terrible attitude. Every time I visit, whether in person or through the drive-thru, she is rude. This Dunkin' used to be fantastic, but over the past few months, it has really deteriorated. I regret spending any money there.
This is the best Dunkin' in the area. They are always consistent in their quality. The other local location frequently runs out of items, but this one never disappoints!
Food...ehh...doughnuts...ehh...coffee super sweet...I like it that way personally but I know it's awful for you. Customer service....spectacular. overall very nice place for a quick snack and some coffee
I used to work at Dunkin', and I have to say that this location has given me the worst experience of any branch I've been to. It seems like the store manager doesn't keep track of inventory properly because they're always out of espresso and cold brew. This leaves you with only coffee as an option. Do yourself a favor and go to the Tim Hortons across the street instead.
I go to this location all the time and I usually am satisfied with the food and service. Today I placed an order at 10:53 for 4 drinks, then waited in the drive thru line for 20 mins, which I understand, they were busy. I get to the window and remind themagain I had a mobile order. The one girl looks for the order, grabs a receipt and then moves it to another spot to which thelady there says, with attitude, What is this now? It 's not even food. Then the other girl turns to me and says says, Did youorder at the Union St location because we didn 't get your order here? I looked at my app and said yes because I did. Afterparking and checking I realized that I did order at the right location and it was them. So then my husband went inside to askthem for our order since it was actually placed at the right location. There is guy who talks to him and says, Oh I know whathappened, we don 't have strawberry right now. So they ignored my order, proceeded to tell me I went to the wrong location and Ididn 't get any drinks for 40 mins because they couldn 't tell me they didn 't have strawberry. I understand being busy, I don 'tunderstand the lies and pure rudeness to completely ignore an order that I already paid for. What did they think was going tohappen? I was going to drive around finding another location that didn 't exist? Just so rude. All they had to do was tell methey didn 't have strawberry and we would have been on our way. I will stick with other locations from now on.
