What User doesn't like about The Codfather, Proper Fish Chips:
Wow, it felt almost like being back in London! I will definitely return and recommend it. When they try the muddy brooms the other way around, they can proudly say they did, and the Malz-Vinger really makes it stand out! I wish I had been hungrier so I could eat more. Also, just to clarify, the difference between the full and half portions is just an ounce of fish—it's not as significant as some might think. View all feedback.
We had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant. The staff was exceptionally kind and friendly. It's a lovely place to enjoy a meal with friends or family.

The food was excellent, the best tartar sauce I've ever had. The lady who took our order was so sweet and helpful. Definitely recommend this place. They know how to do it right!
Always enjoy the fish at CodFather. During my recent visit I noticed the prices have gone up (like most places I'm sure) yet again, but the cod fillet also got smaller. Hard to see one average size fillet being worth $8 (with nothing else). Can get an entire meal with sides at other places for $8. $12 if you want fish and chips, but no drink. The chips (fries for us non-English types) are good, but certainly not the best fries I've ever had. Same rustic inside and largely booth seating as always. I like CodFather but feel like the price increases and smaller portions may be pushing them out of being a regular spot for me.
