Charleston Sports Pub

Came into Charleston Sports Pub with 3 of my buddies in my unit on 12/17 10:30pm We ordered some drinks the bartenders were great. We shortly put in our food order for bird dog fries and Sriracha Nachos. The order took over 40 minutes for us to get the food was warm not hot. The nachos are usually huge, I’ve been to all the other locations and this is the first time for us at this location. After Rob the manager delivered the food. We were not very happy with the quailty of the food at all. Looking in the photo I don’t understand why a manager would bring that out to us. The bartender got us a new order remade of the Nachos. They came out much better the 2nd time but this time took 15 minutes for to get them. Over all was a bad experience and hope this helps improve the organization. I look forward to being contacted. We love this place! Their tacos are alright, the buffalo chicken quesadilla isn’t half bad. One time we got the truffle parmesan fries and they were covered in oil and had an undetectable truffle fragrance. i have had many dishes with truffle/artificially flavored truffle oils before so i am rather well acquainted with the savory taste of truffle. If you come here, i highly recommend the LOADED TOTCHOS, Pub Style! They are bomb! The tots are fried to perfection, crispy and hot, soft inside, topped with melted cheese and generous toppings of pulled pork, some onions and green peppers. The garlic parmesan wings were alright but my friend said they were stinky. Pictured in the same photograph is the mango habanero wings which really weren’t that spicy either.

I needed a quick bite to eat on my way back to Nova Scotia and didn't expect anything remarkable. However, I ended up having an experience worth sharing for years to come! The food was excellent, but the service was truly exceptional. Kaylyn made our evening unforgettable—she is incredible!

I am a loyalty member but how do you add points or whatever. Tonight was a bust ! My friend had the chicken bites or something on the appetizer menu and they were so salty they were uneatable. Our wait person didn’t seem to care. I had the Buffalo chicken sandwich. It was terrible. Truly huge but so much breading on it. I ate a small portion of it and had another portion for another sandwich that I will not eat but did bring home. Sorely disappointed. I had a $10 coupon I got for my birthday but forgot to use because of everything so guess I won’t be using it after all. Oh and we had nachos and they were horrible too. We ate most of them but the chips were little tiny broken up pieces not whole chips. Just so disappointed badly. It was My birthday celebration too. Not sure we will be back.

We absolutely love this place. We come every Wednesday for trivia and sit with Hailey. She is the best server we've ever had here and takes amazing care of us. The food and drinks are always amazing and it's a great atmosphere to be in. We've been coming here for over a year and never plan on stopping.
