Arby's - North Charleston

This location has a worker who (I believe) might not be sober, she was sleepy the entire time walking and moving slowly,she told us she accidentally dropped our food and apologized. I had to wait for 30 minutes Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Drive thru not open last two times I tried to grab a quick bite (in the middle of the day). No sign or other indication, just not responsive. Went inside, waited 10 min and only three people out of 10+ had their orders taken in that time. Gave up. This location used to be quick, but lack of staffing is killing it. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Every time I go there they tell me the drive through is closed. To have to come inside. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Arby's Signature Sandwiches

3 strikes 3 different days in a row. This place needs to be shut down.. Strike 1. Took 30 minutes to get 2 milkshakes from the drive-through. And only 2nd car in line. Strike 2. Went to order food and milkshakes. They were out of meat and milkshakes. Strike 3! No response at drive-through. Go inside to find 1 worker that looks like she hates her life, a putrid smell, and some worker in the back not working at 1130 am. Food: 1

25 minutes to take my order in the drive thru unacceptable! I will never use this arby's again!!! thanks for nothing! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Service: 1
