Panera Bread - North Brunswick

Today I visited this Panera bread place in North Brunswick location and I must admit that Karen who took my order was very pleasant and professional. She was very attentive and made my experience very positive. I recommend this Panera location on US 1 South.

Food and drinks are good. The pieces have become smaller as prices have risen. The atmosphere is pleasant and the staff is great. You stopped bringing the food to your table. There are free drinks on the drinks. With the reward program you can save money

One of the busiest Panera bakeries I visited. The fast pickup orders were packed and people waited for picking up their orders. However, they are very efficient. I thought I'd have to wait a long time for my order, but it was surprising in less than 12 minutes. Everything was on site. There was an employee who went proactively to pick up empty shells from the customers. This is the service.

Employees, environment and food are always on the point. Never had a single problem with this place. Really one of the best Panera breads I was on.

The prices of each item has slowly risen but the quality of the food has gone the other way. The chicken and rice soup was watery. It was not thick and creamy as it used to be. Perhaps they are now watering down the soups due to inflation costs? Whoknows. The sandwhiches are also smaller and lacked filling. I will try a different location.
