What Layla Simmer doesn't like about Potbelly:
i ordered an original size avo turkey with cucumber, pickle, and tomato and bit into a sandwich with no avocado and hot peppers???? so i took it back and they remade it correctly but in the skinny size… it was good the second time tho! View all feedback.
My sandwich had almost no turkey. The bread is stale. I asked for mayo and there’s no mayo so all I can taste is the stale bread. Does Potbelly have any quality control? Or do they enjoy charging customers for a terrible product. I will never return. Unacceptable.
They promise 8 minutes through the line but I waited nearly 40. Service is abysmal and the workers clearly didn't care. Usually a good chain but this location is bloated.
Josh was amazing and helpful! He went out of his way to help me and deliver my food. Service was fast and friendly!!! Thank you Josh!!!!
Had delivery to hotel and it all went well. Potato soup was my favorite but the family was pleased with all the subs. The cookies are delicious.
The best sandwich shop, time and time again.Parking: Best to walk to this location, parking is challenging.
