I absolutely love jims as well as my family. We went to the Austin location where as we live in San Antonio but it was still good. The only thing I didn't like and why I give the service four stars is that when me and my family went in it seemed like nobody wanted to wait on us. We ended up getting a young gentleman who was nice and courteous. He took our order with no problem and was just perfect overall. The food was hot and fast in my family was extremely pleased for we had an hour and 45 minutes ride home. It wasn't packed in there so I expected the food to come out kind of quick but we all got full and we all enjoyed our time I appreciate anyone who's willing to wait on a family of five and I know for a fact because I was a server at one point that most families don't clean up after themselves and make extra messes as well as leaves small tips. I had no problem leaving this dude a good tip because he was excellent. I wish I could remember his name but overall he knows who he is. Overall a great restaurant as well as a great location.
Homestyle comfort food. My go-to spot for breakfast. Their hearty portions and reasonable prices ensure a satisfying visit every time. Highly recommended!

Great service as always
We love Jim’s and come here occasionally. We missed our normal waitress Kim while there are other great servers here today felt like an off day for the restaurant. Our waitress today was nice and attentive despite the other workers being snippy at the bar. Just one of those days.
