Bruv what r these donuts. Anyways my bagel has 10 pounds of cream cheese and there was a hair on it. My bagel is two cheese nothing else I said two cheese two sausage they must?ve thought I said hold the sausage?

The last time my husband,Bruce went through the Tim Horton's drive thru to order breakfast was about 3-4 months ago. My egg biscuit sandwich was burned. The other they put cheese on my egg biscuit sandwich. My husband told them about it in which we received an new egg sandwich with no cheese. Has service improved since then? We will come back to that Tim Horton's when we are reassured that the customer service quality has improved.

Cold Donuts... I used to visit this store shortly after they opened, and the quality of their products was good. But recently I've been there a few times, ordering a coffee and donut. But the donuts were cold! I don't think their donuts are being baked in this store any longer. Please Tim Hortons, consider your legacy and fix this problem!
