Bbq Chicken - North Bethesda

I placed a pickup order through ChowNow, and unfortunately, my order was incorrect. Instead of receiving the cheeseling, which is a chicken dish, I got cheese sticks. I called the restaurant right away, but no one answered. I tried repeatedly, but no one picked up for an hour. I then reached out to ChowNow customer service, but they were also unable to contact the restaurant. The representative from ChowNow said she would inform the owner via email and that I would be updated on the situation. However, it seems the owner never replied, as I haven’t heard anything from ChowNow in five days. It’s frustrating, especially for younger customers, to experience such a lack of customer service.

One of the best Korean fried chicken spots—possibly even better than Bonchon (and I'm a fan of Bonchon). It’s a vibrant and fun environment, perfect for hanging out with friends. They even offer board games to enjoy while you wait. Would I recommend it? Absolutely!

This restaurant is fantastic! Double-fried wings in Korean sauce? Absolutely, yes!

I hope this location adds boneless wings and/or tenders to their menu. That's really the only thing keeping me from coming here much more often, since the flavors are delicious.

The first time we came here, we had a bad experience with waiting and our order being wrong. The owner reached out, apologized, and tried to make the experience better. I really appreciated that. After giving it another shot, I think the food is overall pretty good. You get a lot of chicken.
