Service was awful. We had to honk the horn before anyone would respond. And when she did not even a good evening. We were ordering when all of a sudden she said drive to the window please. We drive thinking she couldn't here us and before we could finish our order she was already charging us. We told her we weren't finished ordering and gave us a face and sighed. Then our drinks came we ordered 4 and only got 3. We reminded her she was missing a drink, not even an apology. She proceeded to tell us to drive to the door and they would bring out the order. We waited a while and I decided to go in. As I waited she was getting out order prepared and then said to the other employee, I don't remember what fucking side was with the 3 piece chicken. The other guy said why don't you ask her she is right behind you. Startled she asked and I reminded her it was mashed potatoes. She never gave us straws and when I went back to the car we were missing a small fry. My order came with 1 breast and 2 wings when I asked for all white meat. Mind u I paid extra for white meat. This whole ordeal was a mess. You need to prepare your employees better and show them etiquette. The worst Popeye ever never coming again.

The staff sounded like they had an attitude from the start, was very impatient, and took a long time to get the food out even though I did not order a lot. And even though they took long as if they were making it fresh, the food was cold. Cold, dry, and somehow still crunchy? And stingy with the sauce. I was only allowed to have 1 sauce for a large fry. Why do they think that’s enough? And honestly I would’ve been able to see through those factors if the food was at least tasty. Not only was it dry and had horrible texture, but it didn’t taste right either. If I taste tested it before driving off it would’ve been fine to politely ask them to change it but it was already too late
