I'm a big fan of Panda Express. Their fast food is fantastic, and there are plenty of delicious options to choose from! The staff was friendly, but I did notice that the restaurant could use a bit of cleaning. It wasn't anything too concerning, but I opted to take my food home to enjoy. Food rating: 5/5. What User doesn't like about Panda Express:
My order took 30 minutes to complete, and during that time, no one paid attention to me. When I decided to change my order to just a garnish, I was told it would cost an extra $1.25. I got my money out, but they ignored me for another 10 minutes and then just gave me the original order I had placed. Even the manager overlooked me. It is 9:13 watch their website says that this place is closed at 9:30. I'm coming in, and you only have three items. they have no rice or lomain. So you won't close at 9:30.
Went her to pick up online order the lady in the front did not k ow how to take care of my order didnt want to believe anything i said thank god for the girl making the food she took care of everything i dont know if she knew but i think that huda girl got hearing problems or didnt like me
Edited review from a year ago) These reviews do no Justice for this establishment. Ive came to this Panda Express location due to not many around, for the last two months at least once a week ordering 1-3 orders. And for all the times I’ve came here the place is busy-Min-Thurs it’s normal but the weekends is a bit busy,. It’s clean inside , food is fresh, the service is great and still no good reviews??Seems like the bad reviews left were people that had a slight mishap if not any and are nitpicking for no reason just to make the place look bad.You even have inconsiderate customers coming in with their pets while other people are getting served/eating maybe or probably allergic) with absolute no consideration for others but themselves. Kudos to everyone working their, the servers, the cooks-everyone!
The beyond orange chicken is the best thing on the menu I freaking love it had it two days ago and yes you can tell it's not chicken by the same shape but are them made with flavor yes and yes. Which his why I am giving such a high review the sides though rice dry dry dry and so where the noodles which is a shame because when I would get panda from the mall when I was younger everything was good the sides need a little move love.
Waited forever in line for hot food to come out, told the lady what I wanted which was the only beef there with fried rice. I get to the end of the line and my food was never made. They apologize and we go back to the beginning of the line so we can restart, and guess what!? The 4 people behind me took all the fresh off the stove beef. I was left with barely any beef and some fried rice for the same price of $10 : how kind.
