I usually enjoy KFC, but my recent experience was disappointing. It's hard to tell if the issue was with the company or the location, but this visit was definitely subpar. The chicken strips were nearly inedible—rubbery and seemingly cooked hours in advance and then reheated. I understand that fast food is often frozen and reheated, but this was far worse than usual. The chicken nuggets were soggy and lackluster, completely missing the crispy texture I'd expect, and they didn't resemble the pictures at all. The original KFC wraps were filled with damp, slimy veggies and another chewy chicken strip. Finally, the original chicken sandwich was just a chunk of cold, overly dry chicken. I’m really disappointed that this is the quality of food my family received, which we ended up having to throw away after only one bite.
Got the 4pc chicken combo and it was hot and packaged well. The original recipe tastes different to me and the thigh was weird and small. Just an odd one of the bunch maybe? Fries were excellent!
Love the service, food was very good. People were nice and professional got everything I ordered right, food was very hot made it home with hot food.

Not orginal breading. Potatoes were lukewarm. One dish of Potatoes had lots of gravy, other had a small amount. Will not go back
