It's hard to tell if the issue was with the company or the location, but this visit was definitely subpar. The chicken strips were nearly inedible—rubbery and seemingly cooked hours in advance and then reheated. I understand that fast food is often frozen and reheated, but this was far worse than usual. The chicken nuggets were soggy and lackluster, completely missing the crispy texture I'd expect, and they didn't resemble the pictures at all. The original KFC wraps were filled with damp, slimy veggies and another chewy chicken strip. Finally, the original chicken sandwich was just a chunk of cold, overly dry chicken. I’m really disappointed that this is the quality of food my family received, which we ended up having to throw away after only one bite.
