Wacky's North Bay

Awesome service, we went there on a busy night long weekend evening but the staff was going above and beyond at making sure we had everything we need. Can't wait to go back. Wings are great as always.

Amazing experience! Haven't been here since it was Mexican Rosa's, this is way better! Frank the Tank lived all the games. Great food, great service, great ambience , easy and free in and out parking, what more can you ask for. Can't wait to visit again!

Our family went there tonight to celebrate my daughter 's birthday.Brennan was our server. There was MAYBE 1 other table with customers. There was 1 table a few feet from us that was full of dirty dishes.I asked about the game area, what kind of cards they use. The server said its the same cards that Cineplex has down at the theatre, so we could use those if we have them instead of buying more.We ordered drinks 1st and it took almost 10 minutes to get 2 water and 3 pop. When he brought our drinks we put in the 2 kids orders (one was a hamburger and onion rings the other was chicken strips and peaches) and asked for a few more minutes for the 3 adults to decide. My daughter also showed the server the Birthday Offer she received for a free order of garlic bread.It took at least 15 minutes for the kids orders to come out and Brennan to ask for OUR orders. Another 20+ minutes for us to get our poutine, burger and fries with a side of tomatoes and 9 boneless wings plus a Game Starter Platter.We ordered a Wackyrita Margarita, a chocolate milk and a refill of sprite for the kids and it took me asking 3 times and 2 different servers before we finally got those. The burgers had no flavour whatsoever. The wings were dry as were the strips. One member of our party liked the fries, but the rest of us did not, including the kids. We werent given sour cream for the mushroom caps.When the kids went to play the games, the cards didn 't work. We found out from the manager and another server that Brennan gave us false and incorrect information. We now had to buy new cards and put money on them.Then when it came time to pay, Brennan handed me the bill and before I could look at it, he started pushing the interact machine at me to rush me. I asked Brennan what the issue was with the service, that it was really horrid service and they really had no excuse I could see since there was no one else in there.He looked at me, offered no explanation and said I am sorry you feel the service was not good then he walked away.It was only at the end of our meal that they finally cleaned the table of the dirty dishes that were there when we were seated.When we got home, I finally had a chance to look at my copy of the bill, I found out he did not take the cost of the FREE garlic bread off the bill!To say that this experience was a disappointment is honestly an understatement.Update as of August 1 :When I posted the review, a response was given by Wacky Wings asking me to email them and discuss the situation. I did so the very next morning.I have yet to receive a response to the requested email.

Everything was great. Our server was fast even well training another. The only downside was when I payed for our meal. It wasn't the price that bothered me, it was 61.07$ It was the fact that I gave the server $80 cash and I got back $10Now don't get me wrong I had every intention of giving a tip but to just take it hmmm. I hope it was a mistake on her part

Good wings, good selection, and good prices. Great service. It was fast , and I got lucky to have a guy named Brennan as my server. Knows the area knows the menu explained everything 5 star service 4 star food.
