What Katharina Benz doesn't like about Twiggs:
We stop by occasionally for coffee, but haven't been in awhile-I now remember why. We had noticed tables not being cleaned off regularly and chipped mugs routinely being used. Today while we were in, one employee wiped the tables off with her hands, then 5 min later another came by and wiped the seats with a cloth then followed up by wiping the tabletop...not acceptable! This is my favorite place to relax. the atmosphere is totally pleasant. It is an old fashioned coffee house experience that is rarely found today. The staff are always pleasant and professional. The place is ALWAYS busy and packed, but you always find a place to sit nonetheless. The locals love the place and it's sister location downtown. the coffee is always fresh and perfect.
