What Jenn Crook doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
I stopped going to this Tim Hortons. Worst staff in town. Coffee doesn’t taste good and half the time your order is wrong and the slowest staff in Town. One time I waited at the drive thru windows for 10 minutes and my coffee still wasn’t in my hands so I drove off. I now drive three times the distance to the one by Home Depot.Avoid the Trout Lake Tim Hortons at all costs View all feedback.

Absolutely slow as a snail service and can never ever get orders right.
Unprofessional staff they don't even know what coustoumer want and don't even know how to talk to customer stupid ladies work there
Tim Hortons is always a safe bet. I just wish they still baked their donuts and cookies fresh and brought back fountain juice. I understand the desire for consistency across all locations, but I believe it ultimately hurts the customer experience.
