I had ice cream for four days in a row! This place is quite popular since it’s located inside Walmart and Northbay Mall. Despite the high foot traffic, the staff remains very professional and composed. Once I placed my order at the kiosk, it only took about 7-8 minutes for my ice cream to be ready. View all feedback.

I believe the kitchen staff could improve their presentation of the burgers. I don't want to sound negative, but when I ordered double burgers, I received a single burger in a double box. I really enjoy a Big Mac and fries, but when I opened the box and saw that the burger was carelessly tossed inside, it made it difficult to figure out how to eat it. It just didn't feel satisfying! It's McDonald's, after all. If it were to disappear, we would definitely miss it, but let's be honest, we all have a few complaints about it, right?
The restaurant was extremely dirty, with overflowing trash and food on the floor. The tables weren't clean either. When I asked for my table to be cleaned so I could sit down and eat, they ignored my request and said they had other tasks to attend to. It was rude and completely uncalled for.
Terrible experience at this restaurant. They consistently get orders wrong, their customer service is extremely poor, and the cleanliness is appalling. The food seems to be kept for far too long, and they don't change the fryer oil frequently enough. It's clear that they don't listen to customers and simply don't care. This establishment is a shameful representation of the McDonald's brand.
Got kicked out for being a nuisance good food overall
Very limited seating and the bathrooms are located next to the restaurant, not inside. Otherwise, it's a pretty standard McDonald's.
