Guac Mexi Grill - North Bay

Overall a very disappointing experience. First time ordering here, likely also the last. Worst burrito I 've ever had in my life. Ordered the shrimp Burrito which arrived cold (Clearly not the fault of the driver as the burrito was packaged next to a coldpop by the restaurant). The shrimp burrito contained maybe 3 pieces of shrimp. The burrito didn 't have any rice or beanseither which was unusual but maybe that 's just how they do it here. The actual burrito contents was about 99% vegetables. Thismight not have been too bad, had they bothered to cut the vegetables properly; Instead almost every bite contained hard,inedible pieces of tomato, and pepper cores. Even got a small piece of onion stem. To top it all off it was so poorly wrappedthat it leaked everywhere (Through the tinfoil and paper bag it came packaged in, as well as through the multiple napkins Iwrapped it in as a precautionary measure).

For dinner today, we ordered from Guac Mexi Grill on Lakeshore. I had a hard time on the app and couldn?t end up paying for it ahead of time, so I assumed my order would be cancelled. To my surprise, they still had it ready for me when I came in! Theyreassured me and physically showed me multiple times that my payment hadn?t gone through, so I could pay there. And we got theTaco Tuesday deal by paying in store! Also, these were the best tasting tacos I?ve ever had! ????

Highly recommend this North Bay location for Mexican food. This was the second time in, the first for tacos and the second time for burritos. Food was delicious, and consistent, with generous portions and very kind and helpful people working and runningthis restaurant. If you want to eat and end up feeling truly satisfied, then you gotta try GUAC!

Good food, good people! The bean and rice burritos are delicious and filling. This was one of the only North Bay restaurants we found that had some good plant based food options. They even have Jarritos Mexican soda. We will be back.

Friendly service and very fresh ingredients! The person serving me was very knowledgeable and helpful on helping me create a great vegan burrito, which is very easy to do here. Loved the plant based crumble which is bean based. Thanks so much! :
