What Graeme K doesn't like about The Clubhouse Kitchen:
Curry was dry and gloopy. Chips were clearly reheated and had that soggy/dry texture to them as a result. Others were burnt to a crisp. The chow mein was bland and in desperate need of some salt/seasoning amongst many other things. All in all, 19 quid for a chow mein, chicken curry and a portion of chips... Left a bitter taste in the mouth in more ways than one. You may as well take your 20 quid and throw it over the... View all feedback. What User likes about The Clubhouse Kitchen:

In a recent evaluation of a local Chinese restaurant, experiences varied significantly. Disappointed diners lamented dry, bland dishes, such as overcooked beef chow mein and poorly prepared duck fried rice, often accompanied by inattentive service. However, contrasting reviews praised the new ownership for revitalizing the eatery with friendly staff and impressive portion sizes. Guests enjoyed flavorful specialties like the salt and pepper chicken, and the inviting atmosphere encouraged relaxed dining. While some left dissatisfied, others found value and delectable meals worth returning for, highlighting the restaurant's potential amidst its mixed reputation.
