Tara Restaurant - North Adelaide

My family and I was in the area and looking for a place to have a great lunch and have some time to catch up. Food was great and servive was friendly as well.

We were looking for a quick bite to eat before attending a show at the Festival Theatre. Tita Kay's was recommended by a friend so we thought we would give it a try. Not being familiar with Filipino cuisine we were at a bit of a loss as to what to choose our waitress Riazza was very helpful in explaining what the meals consisted of. We had 2 entrees and 2 main courses. The entrees were very generous - 3 muffin sizes steamed rice cakes and 2 large wrap type spring rolls. Both very tasty. The main courses were also generous and well presented. The flavour was a little bland but that was because we didn't know how spicy the meals may be. Next time we will be a bit more adventurous with spice.Overall very much worth a try. Prices were also reasonable and they have BYO at a reasonable rate.
