The service left much to wish. quite a few employees (not a large number of customers) not super warm or helpful. 30 minutes waited to have our order taken and 30 to teller after the end, the staff will spilt water on the table and not clean up. what our empty plates are looking at and going on. we had to ask several times for some things and even then, they never showed up. eating was good, but not excellent. I would not recommend (this was our second visit for reference.)

I truly enjoy dining out! The service started off great, but after the main course, it felt like we were forgotten. It would have been nice if the staff had checked in on us to see if we wanted coffee or tea after lunch; instead, we had to go to them to ask for service. We only discovered they had cakes for takeout or to enjoy there when we were paying our bill near the dessert display. Despite this, I’ve already booked another visit for Monday because I loved the food and coffee so much. I hope the service will be better during our next meal!

The service was friendly, and the food arrived quickly, which is fantastic when dining with young children.

Ordered drinks upon arrival that got forgotten to be bought out. Mains bought out at different times some nearly finished before others got their food. Took cutlery from entree not brining some back for mains had to ask. Pizzas ok , other main food void of flavour. Was there for a birthday and not a pleasant experience at all.
