Definitely worth a visit if you often go to Melbourne Street. The food was delicious and the staff were friendly. We had and recommend the Butterfingers breakfast! View all feedback.
What Alysson Frami doesn't like about Butterfingers:
Used to go to this cafe every sat morning and the food was always delicious. After one month away there are now new staff who handle the food with their hands just after handling money. It took staff over ten min to take one order, and then to be told no eftpos. There are a number of great places along Melbourne street. My advice is to avoid here, unless you want unpleasant staff handling your food with dirty, grubby... View all feedback.
Little cosy cafe with friendly service. One of the best avo smash I have ever had, so delicious! Allow extra time as it may take a little on the longer side to get your order.
Would definitely recommend! My wife and I visited for brunch and I had the smashed avocado + haloumi and eggs. It was so tasty, great portion size. Our coffee was great, strong and much better than others I've tried in the local area. The owner was lovely too, she was telling us about her recent trip to England and some of the amazing food and experiences she got up to in London & Epsom. Will visit again for sure!
Great café in North Adelaide; one of the best breakfast menus I've tried in a long time and that is really saying something! The customer service was excellent, and their food and coffee selection is extensive. I've been back several times including for lunch and the results are always delicious and well prepared. Great work Butterfingers!
My husband and I come here every weekend for a coffee and a snack and absolutely love it. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and a really good menu with a huge variety of decent sized meals and little sweets and snacks. Chai lattes are really good, not too sweet, and I have to say this is among the best coffee we've tried in Adelaide (which is saying a lot as we are both huge coffee snobs!)
Have stopped in here for breakfast a few times, and have not been disappointed yet. Really attentive staff and a full plate of food for the big breakfast, you really can't go wrong. Only wish they would open on Sundays.
