Big Shirl's Kitchen - North Adams

The food is very very good with generous portions. The staff is courteous and helpful. The menu has all of the normal diner item with a few rotating specials and freshly baked goodies (which I rarely get to try because I'm usually full taking a to go box). We live in Fl, but have family (grandkids) in the area. We make it a point to eat there a few times each visit.

We live on the South Shore of MA but every time we 're in the Northern Berkshire area at breakfast time, we stop at Renee 's. The menu is wide and each item we 've tried so far, delicious. Piping hot skillet omelets, various French toasts and pancakes, muffins! Yum! and really friendly, efficient staff. You might have to wait a minute for seating, but it 's worth it.

Excellent A great way to describe this establishment. As someone who travels I 'm always looking for a small business to support. On google maps it 's listed as The best diner in Massachusetts , and lives up to the expectation. Easy to get to, plenty of off street parking, outdoor seating, and an awesome diner experience. Staff was welcoming, attentive, and quick! It was nice to see hustle in the wait staff. Food was great, came out quick, and reminded me of a nice home-cooked meal. I recommend this to any tourist or local. If I 'm ever in the area again, I will go out of my way to visit.

I really liked this restaurant! Good food and super friendly waitress and owner. Today was my first visit and I plan on going back when I'm in the area. Was a nice surprise to find a diner in North Adams. It's a little out of the way, but well worth finding.

Love Renee's! Always fresh, hot and delicious! The menu always includes its signature dishes and delicious specialties. Enjoy the terrace or in the bozz. Great place to run into your friends and share laughter! And in autumn, pumpkin spice pancake with Real Maple Syrup! Can't go wrong here!
