First off, Vinny was so welcoming and attentive; his charisma really added to the experience. And just like everyone else has said, the food is DELICIOUS! I am from Guyana so I’m very much familiar with Indian food and spices, and it felt so good to enjoy a hot plate of well-spiced, tenderly cooked lamb.
